Our much revered Hari Prasad Agarwalla passed away on 27.11.1996 while
attending to a business session at Lucknow.
Shri Hari Prasad Agarwal was the youngest of the four scions of Late Onkar
Nath Agarwall of the illustrious family headed by the founder late Bhagwati
Prasad Agarwall. He was born on 25.04.1935 at Pakaur. At the very early
stage he developed his business acumen with a vision of future progress. His
sincerity and devotion introduced a culture in the industrial scenario. His
determination, foresight and high moral values overcame all the barriers
that came in the way and led the organisation to scale great heights. He
reached this goal step by step to become one of the real architects of this
organisational structure. He inspired not only the company members but also
those associated with them
His agile frame of mind and humility with austere life-style won him
admiration from all quarters. During life-time, until recently, he
cultivated and designed a methodology to match the pace of rapid industrial
development.
Hari Babu's departure created a void too hard to fill. His courage and
honest endeavours and most importantly the glorious achievements have the
footmarks that cannot but be followed by Company members.

We are completely satisfied with the performance of our Agarwall crushing
units. These units are dependable and require very little maintenance.
Service back-up, though rarely needed, is excellent. Annual free check-up
from the company engineers would be very welcome, and help us
obtain even better performance & efficient production.

After the the consistent performance of first plant since 1980, we
installed the other two plants. With no major breakdowns or stoppages, the
units have given us "peace of mind". We confidently say that we
can always depend on our crushers, and recommend them to our associates.

The two manual crushing units are simple to operate and maintain. They have
proved less expensive than our earlier crushers, of two different makes. The
company provides excellent after sales service and we are confident enough
to recommend their crushers.
