Agarwalla Cone Crusher AHC-8 is suitable for choke feed condition with high reduction ratio crushing and produces cubical shape outputs and generates high proportion of fines in flat Cone arrangement. In narrow Cone arrangement due to large gap in Crushing Chamber, out standing performance of high output crushing is possible.

System Operation
Agarwalla Cone, has been provided with pressure control system to adjust the output setting automatically against any wear of Cone edge. Due to its unique design the Agarwalla Cone wear is more or less uniform which reduce the cost of production. Protection against any tramp Iron or other metal has been accommodated in the system which open up the gap at the time of overload. Once the overload is released due to higher gap opening the Cone Crusher setting is adjusted automatically to its original setting. This auto setting system simplify the operation and maintenance of the Cone and reduces the down time considerably.
