| The entire plant can be moved from site to site and as there is no foundation of the machinery involved. After operations, the plant can be tugged back into the shed. It is most suitable for people having different sites. Detail Specifications :- As per the customers requirement the plant is fitted with a crusher and Three Granulators. All machines are single toggle models, which grease cooled and fitted with double rows roller bearings. It has M. S. fabricated structure with forged steel shaft. The plant has one diesel oil engine as per British standards. The engine along with an alternator has the capacity to drive the crusher, granulators & other accessories of the plant. The plant can also be provided with electric motors alongwith the starter switch and control panel. Crusher/Granulator:-
Vibrating Screen:-
The screen is fabricated from MS sheets with supporting channels and angles for extra strength.Helical springs are provided to facilitate vibration of the screen. The screen, supporting structures and driving motor are all mounted on the same trolley. Feeding Hopper It is made of MS plate with 10 mm thick liner plates with 12 mm x 40 mm MS flats. This is supported on M. S. Channels which is provided with vibrating feeder to suit the capacity of the crusher. The holding capacity of the hopper is 7 m3. Inner Feeding Conveyor :-
The structure of the conveyor is fabricated from tubular sections and it carries the finished product of the crusher & granulator to the vibrating screen. Discharge Conveyor :- The structure of the conveyor is fabricated from tubular sections and each conveyor is mounted on the crushing plant itself. Shipment Details : -
Trolly :-
Complete structure of the trolley is fabricated with heavy channels and fitted with ball bearing in the housing on the wheel for easy movements during to-swing. Sufficient space to accommodate the crusher & granulator, engine, alternator, vibrating screen, feeding conveyor & discharge conveyors. Vibrating feeder is used at the feeding hopper to keep the feeding height of the plant minimum. |
